Today I had a really disappointing experience with this BNew mobiles . They said that I would get a free screen protector with my phone purchase, but when I got it, the protector wasn't fitted properly. When I mentioned it, they just said that it fits like that only. I ended up not wanting any protector at all, and I left feeling really unhappy, just taking the phone. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that didn't meet my expectations.
