I had a terrible experience with Bnew Mobile, Tadipatri. I purchased a mobile charger from their shop a week ago, but it turned out to be defective and wouldn’t charge my phone. When I went back to exchange it, instead of helping me, the staff rudely told me to go to the Anantapur service center. This is completely unacceptable! A store should take responsibility for the products they sell instead of making customers run around. Their customer service is awful, and they don’t care about resolving issues. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid them if you want a hassle-free experience!
