Staff giving fake information and fake commitments about the products to the customers. Mainly Balaji mobiles beside new talkies branch manager kalyan is giving very wrong information to sell the product. He just concentrating on his incentives and he is disappointing customers with wrong products. I bought boat 2000 sound bar from him. I clearly asked him like will this sound bar supports dolby atmos or not he said. It will supports. But when i went to home and opened the box and i found it doesn't support dolby atmos. Immediately i complained him but carelessly he was replying like product will not be taken back. I even requested him to replace the sound bar with dolby supported sound bar as i will bear some more amount on it. But he refused to do so and he disconnected the call and he stopped answering me. Like that they are cheating people. Even he cheated one of my friend regarding smart TV and power bank. We request balaji mobiles manager to take serious action on him.
