Worst ever experience. Balaji mobiles needs to spend some time and money on the staff training program. They clap loudly for no reason, laugh out loud for lame talks. No seriousness. Basically there was no professionalism in their behaviour. Even though the store was empty they made me wait for more than An hour for the delivery of Samsung m13 5g I would rate -10 out of 5 to this store.
