No ethics at all. First they quote the price more than MRP. When I checked the mrp and confronted them, they acted as if it was done by mistake. After the purchase, at the end, they didn't want to handover the bill too. Once I told them about the consumer rights, only then they gave the bill. Other than this, I don't see versatile options too.
