Worst experience, no staff is responsible. Mobile will av everywhere, but customer need service, It not available in BNEW. I strongly recommend not to go. Hi!! I have taken b secure along with mobile inay 2021, My mobile was damaged in Dec 21, I have submitted damage photo, pan, aadhar, bank account,invoice, service estimation, paid bill for insurance reimbursement,5535/- But you staff simply says take 2000/-. They are not giving a single mail or document. How can I know how much amount is approved. Need clarification. Regards Arun
