Working with b new models team to raise a complaint about the real me earphones i have bought from them on 14th of Feb 2023.
Item inside the box was replaced, that was identified on my visit to real me service centre, when i called the store regarding this issue they asked me to send pics of the item serial number both on the box and the headsets which I did. This conversation happened between me and the store manager, ever science then my calls are not being answered by the manager of the store, but we're answered by other team who works there (1 new person every time) and the response from them is that "THEY WILL CALL BACK WITH THE ANSER OR AT LEAST THEY WILL ASK THEIR MANAGER TO TALK TO ME", which never happened so far. Science last two days my calls were completely neglected by the store.
I hope atleast this review will catch eyes of higher management and will respond back.
Fyi my purchase on that day is around 49k, i hope atleast B NEW MOBILES management will consider their customers request
