Worst experience, Shop guy asked me to buy insurance and I did. After some days mobile got some issue when I asked for repair they said they are not responsible for repair. I have to get it repaired and raise claim. I have to go back to Samsung showroom and get it repaired and shared the bill with BNew. After year following up got fed-up with and lost hopes. I did not get any claim in that case why the hell you guys are insisting for Mobile insurance. Don't play with customer money.
My kind request to customers please do not buy from this shop.
