B New store of suryapet is the worst store I have ever seen...I bought a mi band 5 of worth 2000 and done the payment instantly and then I opened the box there it self and tried to switch on the band but it was not working and i complained them there it self that the band is not working so they make me to sit for 2 hours and then they said to come tomorrow and the next day I went to store and then they said to come evening and then the event when I went they said plz go to mi repair center and repair ur band....such an useless store .....I bought the band there it self and they have no responsibility of the band is not working there itself ...such an uslesss store...if I want to go to mi store and repair the product what is the use of that B NEW store then...such an irresponsible store I am fully disappointed with the service provided by them....
