We were given a faulty Redmi phone inspite of repeatedly telling them the purpose we were buying the phone for our Mother...The staff in the shop are rude and misbehaved. I wasted a lot of our money traveling with my little kid and Parents to the shop and service centre a number times to rectify the faulty phone....The phone still doesn't work properly.... B-new mobile store cheats people of their money..... Do not trust this shop....
