I waited for three hours when I went to the B New store to get the mobile in EMI option . Down payment made through Just Money app. They took more money saying that there will be charges They said two items are free for taking the mobile but they gave only one item but two items were put in the bill receipt. When I asked what this is, they said that the billing is over and what can be done
