B New Mobiles is a Complete Scam – DO NOT Trust This Store! I had a terrible and deeply frustrating experience at B New Mobiles Dwarakanagar Vizag, and I want to warn others so no one else falls victim to their fraudulent practices. I went to B New Mobiles to buy a Samsung S24 Ultra and what they claimed was an official Samsung screen guard and case. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting this store and not checking the contents of the box carefully enough. When I got home and opened the box to apply the screen guard, I was shocked to find it was clearly used, full of dust and scratches — absolutely not a new product. It was obvious the store had knowingly sold me a used and damaged item, packaged to appear new. When I returned to the store to raise the issue, I was met with mockery, arrogance, and complete disrespect. The woman who claimed to be the store manager actually mocked me, saying I probably didn’t know how to apply a screen guard and was just trying to return it. Even worse, she openly admitted that even if the store sells fake or used products, it's the customer’s responsibility to check before buying and that customers should never trust the store. Can you believe a business saying that? They also refused to show CCTV footage that could have proven the product was already opened and used. Instead, they kept pushing the blame on me and dodged any accountability. What’s even more worrying is that I also bought a Samsung S24 Ultra and what was claimed to be an official Samsung case. After this experience, I’m now seriously concerned that even the phone or the case may not be genuine. This level of dishonesty makes it impossible to trust anything they sell. After digging deeper, I found multiple similar reviews online — complaints about fake products, used accessories, and abusive behavior. This isn’t an isolated incident — it’s clearly a pattern of fraud. This is exactly why people prefer buying online — at least platforms like Amazon or Flipkart have return policies, customer protection, and genuine products. Stores like B New Mobiles take advantage of walk-in customers and scam them without fear of consequences. Do not go to B New Mobiles under any circumstances. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and dangerous to deal with. Don’t make the mistake I did — stay away, and spread the word.
