I was at a corporate party at Kalp & 0* on Friday and i had an absolute bad experience. I am never going to Kalp or 0* for sure and will not recommend anyone to plan a party over there. Reasons: 1. They were not able to manage the crowd, the staff was totally frustrated. 2. Arrogant staff. Lots of my team members received some harsh comments and bad behaviour from staff when they asked for some services. 3. Food quality was pathetic. They didn't even include salad in the menu, if you have a vada pav on thela even they give you onions ☺️ 4. Lots of rules, you cannot talk to your friends if you are at Kalp and they are at 0*. You are forced to use smoking zone even if you die with passive smoking. 5. Mocktail's served were made in hurry, no taste at all. My team members had to literally follow the waiters and request for mocktail's. 6. Too loud music, you will have dizzy head after sometime. 7. One of the team was not allowed at 0* as it was over crowded! Funny part was they took the booking on the condition that they will only allow once the dinner is done and then later on denied the entry. This is not at all genuine, you cannot treat your customers like this. There are several other reasons that needs to be improved but the above once are very serious. Totally disappointed 😕
