I recently had the pleasure of visiting KALP, Airoli and indulging in their exquisite menu offerings. One cocktail that stood out was the "Sex on the Beach." This fruity concoction was a delightful blend of orange and cinnberry flavors, creating a refreshing and tantalizing drink. Moving on to the appetizers, I couldn't resist trying the "Tandoor Chicken Bomb." This dish was a flavor explosion, with succulent pieces of chicken marinated in aromatic spices and cooked to perfection in a tandoor. The tender and juicy chicken, combined with the smoky flavors from the tandoor, created a mouthwatering experience that left me craving for more. Next up was the "Peri Peri Paneer Pizza." This unique pizza creation was a delightful fusion of flavors. The combination of spicy peri peri sauce, creamy paneer, and a crispy crust made for a truly satisfying bite. It was a perfect choice for those seeking a vegetarian option with a spicy kick. For the main course, I opted for the "Chicken Tikka Biryani." This aromatic rice dish was packed with flavors, thanks to the tender chicken tikka pieces and fragrant spices. Every spoonful was a burst of deliciousness, with the perfectly cooked rice and succulent chicken complementing each other beautifully. The "Paneer Sirka Pyaz" was another standout dish. The soft and creamy paneer was marinated in a tangy and flavorsome sirka pyaz (vinegar and onion) sauce. The combination of the tangy and slightly sweet flavors made this dish a delightful addition to the meal. To accompany the meal, I enjoyed the "Naan Butter." The naan was soft, fluffy, and generously slathered with butter. It was the perfect accompaniment to the dishes, adding a comforting and buttery texture to each bite. For dessert, I had the pleasure of indulging in the classic Italian treat, "Tiramisu." The layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone cheese, and a hint of cocoa created a heavenly combination. The dessert was beautifully presented and had just the right balance of sweetness and richness.
