We had an extremely disappointing experience. We booked a reservation in advance for a group of 15 people and confirmed the booking prior to our arrival at the restaurant. However, upon reaching the restaurant, we were informed that our reservation had been denied. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were asked to wait for over 40 minutes without any clear explanation or apology. This lack of organization and poor customer service was incredibly frustrating and left us dissatisfied. The staff at reception is so rude don’t even know how to talk to customer!!! Terrible place!
