We visited this place by seeing the positive reviews and great ambience photos on google. But once we entered it was very different experience. Ambience: The ambiance is undoubtedly impressive – calm, vibrant, and spacious with attractive, punchy colors. The seating arrangements are comfortable, making a great first impression. Food: Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. Fish Fingers: Overly salty and lacked balance. Prawns Koliwada: Advertised as spicy and flavorful, but turned out tasteless and unseasoned. Chicken Chilli: An improvement in spiciness, but again overwhelmed by excessive salt. Chicken Dum Biryani: Tasteless and lacked any distinctive flavor; even roadside biryani would be a better choice. Additionally, when we asked the waiter to cover the biryani handi to keep it warm, they used a tissue paper instead of a proper lid, which was disappointing. Service/Payment Issue: Despite booking via Zomato, the management refused to accept payment through the app, creating an unpleasant and unnecessary conflict. Their sudden change in behavior was unprofessional. Conclusion: If you are drawn by the ambiance and don’t mind average or disappointing food, you can visit. However, if you're looking for a place to enjoy good food and reliable service, this might not be the right choice.
