This is to the owner of Kalp, thanks for this amazing hospitality. You have kept the best managers and the best staffs here. They are so unprofessional that they don’t even know how to speak, what to speak. This was our third visit in Kalp and after spending 15k per bill. What we got? We have to pay cover of 1000 to use the dance floor? The manager named: Sagar. I showed him his reality. He is not a good manager at all. And I told him in-front of him and he took that thing personally. Started misbehaving with me and my members. He said “Main andar nahi jaane dunga jo karna hai kar le”. After having conversations for around 15-20 minutes he agreed and said “Sab Jaa sakte except me”. Again see how professional your people are? I hope your service improves in future and you hire more sensible people to manage people rather than then bullies who don’t even know what to speak! Don’t worry this isn’t a critics review, your food is good, ambience wise also it’s decent but work on hiring some good professionals. That would definitely improve your business. Take this as a constructive feedback and start working on it! “Customer is King” We aren’t coming back! Cheers🎉
