Disappointing Experience with Poor Service and Unacceptable Billing Our recent visit to Hotel Kalp for buffet lunch was a huge disappointment. The steam rice was uncooked, and the fruit punch was not served. The mojito tasted like Limca, which was unexpected. Despite the poor quality of food and service, the hotel had the audacity to charge a service fee. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unresponsive and unapologetic. The captains were rude and unhelpful, and our calls went unanswered. It's unacceptable that a hotel would prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.
