Going to this place was a big mistake and a blunder. I have gone to this place with 20 other colleague. We reserved hence didn't waited. Immediately after settling staff started serving and food was stale. Taste was very poor, quality was absolutely degraded. To compensate they offered us pizza for which they charged in final bill, they charged for water as well, where we were not even asked if we want normal water, we paid 1600 for water. Service was pathetic we were not served desert in time even after ordering in advance but we were charged and while we question we were told that they got it but we left the table. While i asked them for not charging for dishes which were not good the rowdy restaurant captain started arguing and said "aapne yaha aake ehsaan nahi kiya hai aur nahi pasand aaya to iske baad aane ku jarurat nahi hai". We paid a huge amount and forced service charges (which is voluntary and to be paid if customer wants to) for absolutely pathetic service, humiliation, stale food and rowdy behavior of the so called manager of the restaurant. Please do not go to such place.
