The place is good,but staffs there are very rude, not everyone.one who is in the reception behaves as if we are here for free.Had very bitter experience in the last two times, once we had extended our play time for other half an hour and we had informed to the staffs inside the play area all of a sudden she comes and yells telling how can you play with out informing me, never knew that we had to inform each and everyone there. They have an offer for recurring customers with a card given by them with the no of times we visit.since i had lost the card,I just told her that I lost the card and even before asking if i can get a new card she gave a instant reply sir that is your problem I cannot do anything in such a rude way. At the time mentioning the entry time, since my watch was showing 6.45 I had written the same,she cunningly says sir it is only 6.43 and behaves as if tried to cheat her. This kind of a customer service is definitely going to kill their business,we and our friends are very regular here in fact I brought my kid yesterday and today consecutively.Just think twice before entering this place.I hope this gets noticed to management and they take appropriate training to their staffs on how to behave with the customers.
