I am a proper mumbaikar so I am unsure of the authentic Amritsari Chhole-Kulche but when I went their with my friends who are proper Delhite, they told me that the taste is exactly same and for a mumbaikar it was not bad. All in all, I loved the food and atmosphere, highly recommend.
