I tried their grilled chicken sandwich with chipotle sauce, part of a sandwich festival, and it was totally disappointing. The chicken was neither fried nor grilled as mentioned in their menu and the cheese was subpar. The chicken's texture resembled rubber, overcooked and tasteless. Given the price, this low-quality sandwich isn't worth trying. Suggestion: Focus on your food instead of keeping fancy names in the menu. However, I did enjoy the salted caramel frappe.
