fairly healthy and definitely cheap.

Just got finished scarfing down a "creation" and thought I would share. It is sort of a potato hash stir fry

Used a medium diced potato, a cheap hotdog, a sprinkle of my favorite seasoning blend, a couple of handfuls of precut coleslaw mix, a tablespoon of butter, and a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce.

I do cook the potatoes in the microwave after dicing them before putting them in the skillet. Everything else was just tossed in the skillet at that point, minus the teriyaki sauce. That was added at the end to coat it.

Of course, different ingredients will probably make it healthier. But perhaps more expensive.
