Bought Bajra from Tillage for my Granny & it created the perfect Bhakris (Maharashtrian Bajra rotis)

Having a grandmother who cooks means hearing the constant cribbing about "The good old days" & "Farm fresh grains". According to my grandmother no Bajri today was sticky (stickiness is reduced in processing and polishing the grains) enough to make her Bhakris (Maharashtrian Bajra rotis). Thought about giving tillage a try and Voilla she was happy! The grains were indeed straight from the farm, without unnecessary processing!
