I visited this place recently for my dad’s birthday. While the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing. I had paid for a reservation, yet when we arrived on time, we were asked to wait for 10 minutes, which eventually turned into 30 minutes. Despite asking multiple times, they kept making excuses and avoided answering properly. When we finally got in, the place was crowded and extremely noisy. Though the food was worth it, the service was terrible. There was no dedicated staff to serve our table, and we had to wait a long time for every dish. Whenever we asked, "How much longer?", they would say, "I’ll check," and then disappear. Overall, the service was very poor, and the management was unorganized.
