We had a very disappointing experience at Western Tadka. We booked a table online for 10 people for my father’s birthday dinner, but the evening was totally ruined. After placing our order, the manager Mr. Nitin Patekar came 15 minutes later only to inform us that more than 60–70% of the items were not available. To make it worse, he showed no regret at all and simply said, “It is what it is.”
This kind of careless attitude is unacceptable, especially on a Saturday when it’s almost impossible to find another restaurant at short notice. A special family occasion was spoiled due to their poor management. Looking at this experience, I strongly feel most of the positive reviews online are fake or paid promotions. Definitely not recommended.
