Cold Brew Coffee x Neera Juice = Amazing 🏖️
Cold Brewing is a method of brewing coffee where ground coffee beans are steeped in room temperature water for more than 20 hours. Cold Brewed Coffee a.k.a Cold Brew is the coffee concentrate that you get after the brewing is complete.
Neera, also called palm nectar, is a sap extracted from the inflorescence of various species of toddy palms and used as a drink. Neera extraction is generally performed before sunrise. It is sweet, translucent in colour.
What makes this product unique? Palmyra grows in the coastal regions of India, but rest of the country have never tasted the delicious palm nectar. Combining it with coffee elevates the flavour of Neera as well the coffee beverage. Nutritional values of Neera(Palmyra):

Who is Nell from Cuppa City?
Founder of Cuppa City, I am a barista and coffee roaster. That means I can roast freshly harvested green coffee beans and brew it into a delicious beverage.
I honed my skills in espresso brewing techniques working as barista in a specialty coffee shop in Seattle. As a SCA* certified coffee roaster, I have in-depth knowledge of coffee bean analysis and taste evaluation.*Speciality Coffee Association
As a female entrepreneur, I want Cuppa City Coffee to help empower women. I actively seek out female businesses to source raw materials and collaborate.
Giving Back to the Community
Giving is built into the DNA of Cuppa City coffee. From every sale on Cuppa City website, 5% of the sales is donated to Women on Wings, a grassroots community-based organization empowering women in rural India to escape the cycle of poverty.
