Maverick and Farmer are true bean-to- cup including growing their coffee, roasting it, and carefully controlling the ratios and brew times at the cafe. It is a must-try place for specialty coffee, that provides a well-thought-out menu with in-house burger buns and pastrami sandwiches. The cafe has a picturesque view of the sports ground with an open concept with glass walls.
They have several unique coffee spins offs like OL’smoke, What the Ale, and coffee cherry soda. Additionally, they serve vegan options like oat milk latte!

For independent coffee manufacturer ARAKU, this 5,000 sqft location in Indiranagar is a first-of-its-kind. It smells enticingly of delicious meals, coffee, and sunlight. There are more than 20 beers on the menu, both traditional and cutting-edge. The ARAKU World Specialty Coffee Academy, India’s first Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certified coffee academy, is located at the café along with a variety of coffees and foods.

Ainmane has worked with different people around the coffee community to create a unique offering of Speciality Coffee. It has an interesting boutique Cafe ambiance and they serve fresh estate coffee. You have the option of purchasing the beans or ordering them powdered in the preferred grind. What’s amazing for coffee connoisseurs, is that they also have the renowned Civet coffee beans (and powder). You can try the mixes, roasts, and flavors in the café before purchasing because it doubles as a cafe.

4. Flying Squirrel

Flying Squirrel Coffee refers to itself as a micro roastery that roasts coffee on-site in batches and small amounts. Pour overs, aeropresses, French presses, moka pots, syphons, and other methods of brewing coffee are available. The Nitro Coffee, a cold brew with nitrogen added that is on tap and allegedly very popular in the US, will be the focus. Starters, salads, a full breakfast, pulled pork burgers, beef steaks, cakes, and desserts are all included in the menu.

6. Benki Coffee

They are a small roastery that buys their beans straight from the plantations. At the cafe’s specialty brew bar, they make their coffee from scratch. They use a Sanremo Opera pressure profiling machine to make their espresso-based drinks. Additionally, they provide freshly baked little nibbles such cookies and a variety of savouries, slab cakes, and garlic rusks. You can try their chemex pour-over, filter coffee, and cold brew amongst others.
